We’ve used Hydro twice now. The first time was install a new soil stack and waste connection externally, which was perfect. Then they came recently to diagnose our aging boiler, which had packed in (unfortunately during an awful cold spell). It turned out to need replacing. Within a couple of days we had a brand new boiler installed at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service from both Tom and Steve. Tom came out to my house on a Saturday as an emergency call out, as I had a pipe leaking beneath upstairs floorboards. He attended within half hour, fixed the issue within the hour leaving minimal mess and even checked in the next day to see how things were which was a lovely touch. So I messaged and he was available quite quickly. He came on time as arranged and fixed the problem/ replaced the worn part on the tap. Really pleased with Hydro and would use him again.
